Internal Audit Organization and Operation
Internal Audit Organization
The internal audit organization consists of two individuals, including the supervisor (one audit supervisor and one audit staff). The internal audit organization is subordinate to the Board of Directors.
Internal Audit Operation
1.Every month, based on the audit plan, the audit staff checks the operations of various units or routinely conducts on-site audits at sales and fresh produce acceptance locations and records the results. By the end of the following month, the audit report is submitted to the chairman and supervisors for review. The audit supervisor reports at the Board of Directors meeting.
2.At the end of each year, each unit is asked to self-check their internal controls for the previous year. The audit staff then conducts a review. This serves as the basis for the Board of Directors to issue the "Internal Control System Statement". After the Board's review and approval, the statement is uploaded to the website of the Securities and Futures Bureau of the Financial Supervisory Commission and is also included in the company's annual report.
